Harri is Senior Consultant at CBRE and leads Digital within Strategic Advisory. With a strong focus on digital and innovation, Harri works with clients to develop the business case for investing into digital and technology across their developments, portfolios or workplaces. Her experience spans across both occupiers and investors / landowners, helping them to navigating an increasingly complex and fragmented technology landscape to identify the best digital solutions for their real estate needs.

The adoption of digital has been accelerating as digital moves from a “nice to have” to a “must have”. Harri sits at the intersection of the physical, human and digital, working with clients to identify the best value digital opportunities and help integrate that important digital pillar into the human and physical elements of the build environment.

As a graduate, Harri Co-Founded CREation Property Network. A non-profit organisation which she set up to provide free events and networking for people at the start of their careers in property –to ensure that everyone, no matter their background has access to education and networking. Since establishing CREation and launching in January 2018, she has grown CREation’s membership to over 2,000 members overseeing four committees across the UK: London, Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.

Harri’s contribution to the industry, improving the diversity and inclusion within real estate, has been recognised widely and resulted in her being recognised as EG Rising Star 2019, Property Week Trailblazer 2018 and one of Bisnow’s Women who will Shape the Future of Real Estate.
