What if I am joining through my company's VPN?
If you are using a VPN (network) or device provided by your employer, ensure your device can access and share your camera and microphone on.

Nothing seems right on my mobile device?
While Hopin does work on mobile devices, for the best experience we strongly recommend that you plan to experience the summit using your own personal laptop or desktop computer. Hopin works best on the latest version of Google Chrome and Firefox.
What is Hopin?
Hopin is a virtual venue with multiple interactive areas to help you connect and engage. As an attendee, you’ll be able to move in and out of rooms just like an in-person event and enjoy the content and connections throughout. The Hopin platform includes a main stage area, interactive sessions, live video, and text-based chat functions, an exhibitor tradeshow to discover innovative solutions, as well as connection and networking functions.
Some of the sessions seem to start at strange times?
The Reimagining Real Estate Global Virtual Summit is the largest truly global real estate tech digital summit. Day 1, July 27 and Day 2, July 28 of the conference will focus on the Global Perspective and will take place from 10:00 AM BST to 4:00 PM BST. Day 3, July 29 and Day 4, July 30th will focus on a look from the U.S. lens. The content will take place from 10:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST. During the entire four days, the environment will be open for you to visit exhibitor booths and use networking features.
