The Social Value Portal provides e-tendering and contract management and reporting solution for social value according to the principles laid out within the Public Sector Services (Social Value) Act 2012 and the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development. The solution allows organisations to calculate their financial contribution across a full range of social, economic and environmental metrics and through their procurement (e-tendering) platform rewards organisations for doing “more good” in the community.

Its solution includes a proprietary measurement framework, known as the National TOMs that has been endorsed by local government and supported by the TUC, CBI and FSB. The National TOMs provide a consistent minimum reporting standard for measuring social value.
