Before Measurabl, Matt spent five years with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, where he led CBRE’s Sustainability Practice Group, implemented its industry-first global carbon neutrality program, and served as the company’s first Director of Sustainability Solutions and youngest member of its Global Sustainability Advisory Committee.

Matt has expertise in ESG reporting, corporate sustainability strategy, institutional and corporate real estate, carbon accounting, and green building. He is an Aspen Institute Fellow, a New Leaders Council Fellow, and was named a “Top 50” real estate executive by Real Estate Forum in 2017.
