He has spent the last 35 years working in the real estate business. His work initially focussed on advising investor clients on commercial properties, sales and acquisitions. This developed into advising on government privatizations, funding provision of finance, acting as LPA receiver and advising commercial and residential companies moving from private to listed status or vice versa.
Richard became Joint Senior Partner of King Sturge in 2005 and led the company into the merger with JLL in 2011. He has subsequently been Chairman of the UK business, and in 2012 a Member of the EMEA Management Board with responsibility for CEE, the Middle East and Africa together with the industrial sector and sustainability. He took up his current role in January 2017.
Richard is a keen family man and a triathlete, gardener and choral singer.
